#RJ: Open registrations for Professional Cook course with emphasis on Social Gastronomy

 With the support of the Carrefour Foundation and the Grand Hyatt Hotel, registrations are open for new classes of the Professional Cook course with an emphasis on Social Gastronomy!

The course will be held at Refettorio Gastromotiva, Rua da Lapa, 108. The course will be 285 hours long and offers a deep experience of Refettorio’s practices.
