The fourth class Gastromotiva Curitiba had the honor and privilege of receiving Chef João Diamante at Universidade Positivo. On a very productive afternoon, the current Executive Chef of the Fazenda Culinária Restaurant told everyone his beautiful and exciting personal and professional trajectory. He also presented the students his “Diamantes da Cozinha” Project, which provides initial training to future cooks.
